What You Can Defend Now
6 lessons behind you, and one sentence you have to say out loud on a call. This is where you find out how much of it you can already defend.
Six questions follow, all of them off the five lessons behind this one. Answer them the way you would answer a client on a call, then submit once and read what comes back.
A channel posting below its floor still uses up the same amount of your team's week.
Finish the test from lesson two
A channel is secondary when work you already do makes its posts. A channel that needs its own shoot, its own editor or a weekly minimum of its own is a ________.
A client asks for a new channel with four minutes left on the call. Which answer still holds up at renewal?
Yes, we can repurpose what we already post. That one costs you nothing.
Here is the price. One shoot day a month, or the Thursday post comes off. Which one?
Their channel underperforms yours on every metric. Here is the data.
Put the three steps that give a channel its floor in order
Find the highest empty week, then add one
Name what counts as coming back, and leave follower growth off the list
Open the last eight weeks of that one channel
Your week holds six finished assets. Two primaries at floors of three and two, plus a secondary running on translations. A third primary with a floor of three joins the plan. What happens?
Every channel takes a smaller share and all four hold
The floors now need eight, so two channels drop under their line
The secondary absorbs the difference out of its translation hour
Match each stop-date outcome to the state that earns it
Finish every lesson here and this academy issues a certificate of completion. Its logo, its colours, your own name, and a page anyone can verify it on.
Then open the calendar you run and put a floor against one channel on it.
